Net Zero Build HVAC – Putnam, CT
This new home in Putnam, CT was designed with a clear goal: net zero performance. The mechanical systems needed to support full sustainability while maintaining clean, efficient installation.
All duct systems were run in the basement, laid out with clean lines and tight coordination to keep the space organized and functional. The system tied directly into the home’s solar array to align with the overall energy strategy.
We installed high efficiency variable rate heat pumps with electric backup. Ecoer equipment was selected for its performance and reliability in net zero applications.
The result met the homeowner’s request for a sustainable, net zero home while delivering a mechanical system that is efficient, durable, and neatly installed.
